In this visual novel, you play as Maël, an anxious mess who's very impressed by her crush Saya. Overcoming your fear of being known, seen, while navigating complex feelings is not easy. Made with Decker for Decker Visual Novel Jam over the course of late May & early June 2025. I used Palettefade Module for the transitions between scenes. Well done, flocon! I like the back-stage approach you took of organizing the dialog for each scene on top of a flowchart for the game. The memorial for Pippi was very sweet; thank you. :')

Very relatable overall, one thing that hit me in particular was the conversation about parents’ expectations, i’ve been thinking a lot about that kind of stuff lately. Here’s to disappointing our parents!! (Also thank you for making the unlocked deck available + adding comments to the scripts! Super helpful for beginners)
